LifeStyles In 360 provides personalized concierge assistance, order coordination, product-finding support, and access to our digital shopping and lifestyle platform.

Your purchases and membership activity are handled confidentially. We do not sell your purchase history. We disclose your information only as reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfill purchases or services, protect you and the platform, and comply with applicable law. $25 Membership and Concierge Fee

A one-time, non-refundable $25 membership and concierge fee is charged with a customer’s first order or concierge request.

This fee supports:

Initial membership activation
Personalized concierge assistance
Product and service research
Order processing and coordination
Customer support
Maintenance and improvement of the LifeStyles In 360 platform

The $25 fee is the complete membership and concierge charge currently required. Customers will not be charged an additional $75 or enrolled in a $100 annual membership unless they separately review and affirmatively accept those terms in the future.

When the Fee Becomes Non-Refundable

The $25 fee becomes non-refundable once LifeStyles In 360 begins providing concierge, research, order-processing, or coordination services for the customer’s request.

If the requested product becomes unavailable, a vendor declines the order, or the customer cancels after work has begun, the $25 fee remains non-refundable because it compensates LifeStyles In 360 for services already performed.

If LifeStyles In 360 cancels the request before any concierge or processing services begin, the $25 fee will be refunded.

What the Fee Covers

Payment of the $25 membership and concierge fee covers the research, product-location, and order-coordination services performed by LifeStyles In 360. It does not guarantee product availability, vendor acceptance, pricing, delivery, or successful fulfillment. If the requested item is unavailable, we will notify the member and, when reasonably possible, offer alternative options.

Merchandise and Third-Party Refunds

Refunds for merchandise, delivery charges, and third-party products or services are governed by the applicable vendor, order, and return policies.

To maintain the integrity of this curated experience, we are unable to accept product returns.
